The City of Greenville’s Greenline-Spartanburg neighborhood is full of challenges, including streetscapes, lighting, traffic concerns, and a lack of affordable housing. Working with consultants and neighbors, city planners were able to create a master plan for the neighborhood to help shape future growth.
